PUBLIC HACK! TOO MANY ERRORS!

Is anyone getting the same problem as me?
Everytime i try to open the 'g3ntool.exe' form Dave's Public hack i get a little box that comes up with little warning symbols next to each line saying this:
Could not extract C:/Temp files/Users/Mark/g3ntool.exe
No files to extract

Pretty sure thats right
Any help pleeeeeeaaaasssse?????

99.9% sure all you have to do is disable your anti-virus and download again.

I have disabled it
Everytime i go to extract the g3ntool.exe to the desktop, it says extracting, finishes and then nothing appears????

Dont press "open" when you click on the download link, click "download"
and make sure you have WinRar -.-

no offence taken... but you wont belive how many...many many many many many idiots come here and ask questions like yours and their solution is as simple as the one I posted.... trust me, there are some really stupid guys out there, Im glad youre not one of them ^^
