steam account maker/ auto item transferer

I would like to request a steam account maker. (unless it already exists)

The purpose of this would be to:

• Create an account fast to use cheats on tf2
• Once banned one can make a new account fast
• It could be coupled with a auto item transfer program to switch items from the banned account to the new account instantly.

I don't know any coding but Hopefully it's not too hard to code?
BTW I know this is my first post but I've been a keen admirer for the last two years :P

Not impossible but it'd just be time consuming, and you'd probably need a programming genius more than a game programmer.

You could probably make a macro script to do the clicking and stuff for you to make a new account, but what would be the point? Just make a new account everytime you get banned yourself, for me using a detected cheat it takes about 2 days, so that is just 5 mins out of my 48 hours to make a new account. It would take you a few day to make a script to make you an account and by that time you will realize hacking in tf2 is pretty much pointless. Also, you would have to pay 5 dollars for each account to transfer to items.
