Assistance with Devcon needed.

this wonderful forum is not my first place to seek help on this matter. But the problem persists. So..

Ive been using devcon in arma3 and am now trying to get it setup on a dedicated server for easy script executing for myself and friends. But cannot seem to get it working. I have placed the devcon.pbo, dev_postA3.pbo, DEV_CO_Dummmy.pbo, and DEV_PostA3 bisign into its own @mod folder in the servers folder and have it activated, and the bikey in the key folder. But no one using devcon, client side, can join due to 'blah blah blah key not supported by the server blah blah" error. The files stated above, can be found at its creators website(dev-heaven).
Any help would be much appreciated.
