error in initrenderer().

when i try playing combat arms this happens
1. i run combatarms and press start game.
2it keeps goin for like 10 seconds
3 it stops and a little window pops up saying"error in initrenderer().shutting down"
the exact same thing happens for cross fire any solutions will be appreciated thankyou for your help.....i will thank to whoever does...

you might be missing a program for running games if it happens to all your games :/ or a virus so try a virus scan

well do you have xp? or vista? or what?

win. vista home premium..do u need all stats or whatever...lol? look this is what it looks like
