Chaos Beasts doesn't exist? Lol? Mana Golem is one of them. Hydra from Mobius is another. You're like new to this game or something?

i killed it and got the armor on the first try.. what happened to "1%" drop lol....

It's 1% drop chance to drop. If you're lucky that 1% applies the first time.
