Single Player?

well, if u can set up a server whit all the files, i imaginate u can play alone the co-op game.

If you set up a server with all the files, you would need one hell of a good provider, because of all the monsters, items, maps, etc. to load. Even if it is only for one guy, you would need a strong server.


And for the OP, you would need all the files from the production server to be able to do so. The client only has the ability to talk and download from the main server, making it impossible to connect to itself and be able to play.

So once again, this would only redirect to the "private server" idea that has been suggested a million times. And that won't wrong for copyright, files, etc.

Alright, but all the monsters and items, etc are stored in the client. The server only stores .xmls of their stats and such.

A friend of mine managed to take up a Private Server, he sometimes turn it on and spawn stuff, but its somewhat laggy.

I'd try it... but I don't know how to get the appropriate files.

u have to decomplie a client of rleam of the mad god(a.k.a for those smart decompile the swf file with some program)

Not really. Server stores and runs almost everything. You need to code the monsters' moving and shooting pattterns, how they spawn, what and how they drop, you need to generate maps, dungeons and everything that happens in the realm when you join in, how it stores the information and updates the clients, etc. The server is much more complex then the client. Unless you can code them all, dont even dream about a singleplayer.

Almost nothing is stored on the client.
Only data required to display rotmg to you and some variables associated with it.
In case of a private server, all the data would be stored on the server.

It wouldnt affect your real rotmg account in any way.
