Okay so can parents call in their child as a runaway if... they go to illinois with their friend.. and they know she is going to be with her, and that she is planning on returning home. but they don't want them to go..
They are leaving without the parents consent,hence its considered them leaving without permission. So, it is called running away when they are not looking.

but it doesnt matter if they leave without the perants permission they are..unless they return with in 24 hours of them leavin cuz datz da time dapolice allowed to search, after 24 hours since they last wer seen..

Yeah it kind of isss my dad called the cops saying i had ran away but i forgot to tell him i was going to go to a party i was a refugeee at my freinds party
