Cant Seem To Find A Hack That Isnt Detected

I cant seem to find a hack that isnt detected. Im realizing that injectors can be detected as well. So my biggest issue is if i did run across a detected hack i might have used a undetected injector, or the other way around. Either way, i have no way of knowing what is really working. Can someone point me in the direction to a Undetected Hack & Injector?
