LoL Client Source

Hey i was wondering is there a place i can get the the source or an easy way to start coding with the in-game UI, something such as the ACE-Client that is no longer up to date. I would like to start making some sort of Custom UI where you can move each piece to a specific area on the screen! Can anyone assist me with getting the source or something?

I doubt you can even find that with LoL being so serversided.
