You can get it by having more posts.

And when you have many posts, you also can ask a GM or a Admin to change it for you.

You'll be a "newb" when you reach 25 posts. (not sure)

If you get 1337 posts, You'll get a special prize.

And guess who is going to give you the prize at 1337 posts?
