I fixed this problem by place the file into the same folder as the Arctic Combat folder search google for the missing DLL file and place that file into your C:\Webzen\ArcticCombat\System folder and try again worked for me.

Nevermind...injector is detected but hack says MSVCR110.dll error. how do i fix this?

In English, by Google Translate: Could not locate the procedure entry point FlsGetValue in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.DLL.
