Ciphering

So i can do the whole hexing thing and I've done it successfully before, but didn't have to cipher before to do it. Now i cant get it to work and when i tried ciphering it still didn't work. The difference though is that my ciphering thing only says it was successful and creates a jpeg image and doesn't ask to be renamed. I've tried with multiple files and done it exactly as seen in videos but it still wont work.

the cipher file shouldnt create a jpg image but an dll file .. how are you saving the file ?

i just open up the cipher tool as admin and browse and hit cipher. it says the file has been ciphered successfully and it creates the new file on my desktop
