Is there a ban script out there?
if there is, anyone know how to add it with InfiSTAR console command (ex: the F2 menu where you can type in "kick <player>" and it executes it and the person gets kick, so where would I add the ban script to where I can type in "ban <player>" and he gets banned)

Lol, If there was a ban script.. No one would leech it xD
lel, maybe a fake ban? or a kick that you're able to put reason.. "kick <player> <reason>"

I know there's a kick script, and there's a whitelist script if you can manage to get in a whitelist server. You can edit the whitelist to your liking.
Only currently a blacklist script. Still don't believe it's been used with anything besides Bowonky. It'll kick you to the player lobby. Edit your name and come back to get yourself off. Otherwise wait until they clean the blacklist or leave the server.
