Vindictus EU proxy help

Hey i've been playing the game and unknowingly didn't know about IP blocks for quite a while. The thing is I never used a proxy before probably cause I lived in one of the non blocked states. After moving now my IP is blocked and to make matters worst i've paid for this game and all. Not being able to play it anymore kinda makes me feel bad and really need some help. If someone knows a proxy and can provide me with a description on how to get it to work so I can start playing EU again or else i'd feel like I wasted a lot of money and time. . .

First download Cyber Ghost ( its cool program that lets you change your proxy). Then go on fb and like their page so they can give u free code so u can use full version for a month, you can repeat that after a month with different fb account . My friend form US plays on UE using this program
