Try using Allow Cheats and it should work

Nope, I still have the same problem, I have it in EVERY single "lua" in my gmod folder possible, am I supposed to enable it in a certain way? Because I join a server, start the bypasser, and enable all 3 checkmarks.

There's no install so I don't know what you are talking about.
It's just a drag and drop, nothing more.

I still think the answer to your question is no.

No recoil doesnt work but other than that it's good

It just says command is unknown. Maybe you got something in the lua wrong.
