name bug/error help please.

hello, when i login crossfire EU, i try to create a name but i click on confirm, and nothing happens , then i click cancel or OK and nothing happens too.. and i can't quit the game only after ending process using Task Manager.

please help !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Make sure that the name isn't taken and stop making multiple threads about this.

how can these people even survive?...
