Well I judge based on experience. I used Samsung Galaxy S2. I didn't like it's shape and durability. But since you want something that is cheap I recommend the Samsung Galaxy S2 or iPhone 4 (But it'll cost more to have apps unless you jailbroke it.) ok so ty for the list but i will try to found something like galaxy S3 i'm prefer to stay as android user i don't like IOS..

You don't need to "jailbreak" an Android OS device in order to get the paid games. You can just type in google the app/game you are looking for and at the end you just include .apk. Mostly the result will be from apkmania and *******. And baam no need of "jailbraking" your Android OS device.

dude get an iphone,jailbreak it and have fun
