timed out!

every time when i load up crossfire and when get to 100% nothing happens. then it say timed out waiting for initialing xtrap-engine what i do

You have windows 8 right... Same with me and many other people after the patch.

ya z8 says that theyare fixing it i have same problem check the z8 forums

So cf won't work with windows 8. Problem solved? Z8 says they're fixing it.

Set HGWC.exe to admin mode...
(Right Click -> Properties -> Compatiblity -> Administrator mode)

Also be sure, that HGWC.exe and Crossfire.exe is allowed throught your firewall...

On windows 8 you can also try to run in Windows 7 Compatiblity...
