i unistall ava and i install it again but when i open aeria ignite there are a option to download not to play wht can i doooo.... please any one me ....

Click download if it doesn't get you ingame go on my computer look for ava file delete it all go to recycle bin and delete it from there then go on aeria website and redownload it.
Do you have skype and teamviewer ?
