Crossfire bug -_-

Hey guys.
Well, after the "Slaughterhouse" patch, i get, every time i try to start cf, this error message:
"an internal exception occured (Address: 0x0)
Please, contact support@oreans.com. Thank you!"

Idk why it pops up, I googled a little bit and some guys say it would be
because of Norton Anti Vir programs, but I deinstalled norton and it still happens.
Btw, b4 the patch cf was running with norton (norton internet security 2013)
Specs: I'm running win8 x32 enterprise evaluation (hahgay) on partition
AMD Athlon II x4 610e 2,4 ghz (hahgay)
8gb of ram (of course 32 bit = 4 gb ram usable)..
but i think it needs to be smth wheter with win8 nor norton.
could it be that norton removed something ?
i really dunno help pls.
could it be possible its bcus of the crossfire.exe? cause also when i start it (without running patcher_cf) it says error
(I'm postin it here bcus in crossfire help it says: "Having problems with Crossfire hacks? GET HELP HERE! ")
