I downloaded a +125K trainer from this forum when there was the free week end of BO2 Multiplayer.
It doesn't work on public matches.

you dont need to right? if you are able to tap their ingame memory and make an hack in c++ that will read those memory's very fast and reacts on that by aiming at the person it is possible (still hard tough)
