HelpGlobal banned by a regular player?

I was playing dayz with a couple friends (using VA bypasser and infinistar menu) but we weren't doing anything obvious. We were flying a heli around and found a player running around on a hill and we flew over to abduct him. he accused me of hacking because I found him, even though i found him legitimately because the shrubs hadn't spawned from a distance. next thing I know i was global banned by because of this one player neither of my friends were, just me.

va bans random it just happens hacking= ban

Well this is why you dont use hacks, XD

Yea battle eye just had a ban wave and banned like 3-4 of my keys.

Hacking will always get you banned no matter how you hack.
