Will PayPal try to get the money back if it is over $200 spent at once? (I think uAVA mentioned this)
or at what price is it and how must the person send the money (I know they have to send it for a specific reason and make a description, if I recall correctly)

If your Paypal isn't verified then it might limit your account for spending a lot of money at once ..

I have verified it, I'm fairly sure prior to that purchase as well
Is there a way to check if someone else's account is verified before I sell him an account?

Just ask buyer if he can to show the proof that his PayPal is verified.Also deal only with trusted users or stick with LR.

its either you use a middleman or go to a secured exchange platform like playerauctions.

You'll need to verify the paypal obv
