I'm not to sure your CPU will handle to much load. 4Gb RAM should be one cow stable.

Edit - Oh it's a laptop, Don't even bother. They are really not designed to take the load That VMware impose's upon them.

O/S takes up 1Gb RAM standard. Pre-dedicating 1.5Gb to 2 cows would cause black screens and loading issue's.
