Step & shot sound problem

Hello! I need help with my crossfire sound... I can hear like, multi kill , headshot, A site and so. But i can't hear step sound and shot sound... I have tried to re-download crossfire like 10times but i still have the same problem... Please help me with this sound. Thanks!

Click the gear in the top right corner, and then click Enable Sound Effects, and make sure it is turned up. What you hear is called Voice or Chat. Whatever they call it in game.

Already done that, but it doesn't work... Thanks anyway!

Maybe the sound files are Corrupt, Did you try deleting the Z8 Games folder then re-installing? This ensures that all Crossfire related files are deleted and thus does a install as if you were just downloading the game.

Make sure you go to your sound on the bottem right of the screen, right click it and click playback devices and click on your main device for sound, then go to levels and adjust it so you can hear.

Just re read the post, delete all the sound files and then play the game, it should re download it or just download some new sound effects for the game in the modding section.

Tried all that, nothing work. I didn't test to remove the Crossfire Folder and re-download it but i don't think it work. Maybe i should test, can someone give more info, please i should be very glad for that. Thanks anyway guys and girls!
