I am actually banned form mw3 , if I install the 4d1 am i able to play in the servers, am I able to use te same hacks ? thanks

No, you need hacks for the specific version you're using.

Yes, adding to what Kenshin said, IW5M is a completely seperate entity, save for the fact that it runs on the same game. IW5M is in no way affiliated with Steam playing. It is a free way to play MW3 multiplayer on private servers.


TL;DR: Sorry bud, the only way you can get unbanned on Steam is making a new account and buying MW3 again I believe (Don't use steam that much)
