why the hell doesn't work?

somebody has give me rep point and i don't take it why? can somebody explains me how it works?

I have no idea how the Rep system works.

If someone with less rep than rep's you, it will count as a "grey" rep.. It wont add to your rep anything

Press "Settings" and go to the button up the page to see for your self. If the last vote has a green figure next to it, then something might be actually wrong.

As described, I don't know exactly how it works.
But as stated,

gray = no rep
green = rep

What it's based on I have no idea, but I'm thinking it's based on activity and on what the one repping you have in rep/posts.
But since I don't have any posts and about 92 - 96% of the rep I give turns green I have to guess it's activity.

it's only based off how much posts and rep points 'the user that gives the rep' got.

That was so long ago and most of them were "forced"

Didn't even speak about solving that particular issue, I meant that i gave him some +rep to make up for the one that grayed.
