[Help] A solution of these errors please.

A solution of these errors please.

So these are the errors I get:

-When I click on CF icon, the window in which you click ´start´, it says I dont have internet connection when I do have.

-When I run CF, a error saying FAILED TO CONNECT TO SERVER in the login screen in which doesnt let me write anything nor logging.

Please help me and thanks.

EDIT: There is still one more, Sometimes (Almost all the time) I cant enter Z8´s Website.

I do have internet connection, all other websites load normally, but Z8's website don't.

go to speedtest.net?
upgrade to a better internet (isp)

I went, 114ms on the nearest server i guess, 7.00mbps download, 0.96mbps loading...is it bad? don't tell me it does T.T

Your internet isn't too bad. have you tried contacting them instead? I'm pretty sure it has something to do with the windows 8 issues. have you tried reinstalling it?

Trying that but had to go so I canceled it, Imma try it tomorrow. Btw, when i was installing it and wanted to cancel it, it crashed my laptop like all frozen and the circle thingy of loading. I dont think its my internet cause when i play on alpha server i get 155 and in bravo server 125.

A lot of internet companies are doing something with peoples internet to where it lags like fuck. I tried to download cf, I was getting 8000b per second. THAT IS AWFUL. I downloaded cf from atomic gamers and it downloaded within 16 minutes.
