Use an emulator, there are several good ones. I can recommend you some if you want me to as I play Pokemon Emerald and FireRed and Gold on my Nexus 7.

And where do I get the game itself from? o.O

Yeah, get a GBA emulator. They use GBA roms and those are easy to come by.

Use My Boy! Free for Gameboy Advance games, use GBC A.D. for Gameboy Color games, and get Emulator Game List so you can find the roms for your games. The Game List finds the roms for you, so you can dl them then run them with your emulator.
