Use an emulator, there are several good ones. I can recommend you some if you want me to as I play Pokemon Emerald and FireRed and Gold on my Nexus 7.

Use My Boy! Free for Gameboy Advance games, use GBC A.D. for Gameboy Color games, and get Emulator Game List so you can find the roms for your games. The Game List finds the roms for you, so you can dl them then run them with your emulator.
