CD Key release post minimum

As you know, there have been alot of free key posts.
Now these keys get banned in 3 hours cause little dicks use old YOLO in them and shit like that.
Now is my request, that you can make threads that only people with 100 post can open.
That will save the keys from idiots that don't even join MPGH!
Is this possible?
