hotspot shield problem

before hotspot shield is working in me but why is it even if I activate hotspot shield now, the offers are still the same even i connect it or disconnect the hotspot shield?

u dont even know how to use hotspot


hotspot basically if its free conects u to the usa server.....
if u already live areas near usa than this is useless.

any way, when u activate hotspot

wait for like 2 minutes for it to be operational..
after its fully functioning u open the ae extras page (after its working)
then u load the offers
btw most offers can detect u have a vps connected so
