If you are talking about the Download link you cannot, You have to add it as an attachment so it can be checked and approved for the public

Getting very eager waiting... I know some mods were on earlier doing stuff. I saw something that got approved 20 minutes after it was posted. I'm hoping someone comes on. They were active earlier.
