Help needed to work hacks..

Hey i have been extremely annoyed for the fact that i cant get any sfront hack to work or any injector.. i dont know what i am doing wrong but it says succesfully injected but nothing changes to sfront. i run as an administrator but its just not working.. could some one help or explain how to fix it?
