I would flag the video and try to get this guy banned from Youtube.

Just a FYI to all you guys, there's a group of "hackers" more like scammers, who all make bs accounts, +1 rep each other on shop threads, and make MULTIPLE accounts at the same time.

It actually works, I know this trick and I can explain you how it works in theory:
You have to join the game with a weapon, that does not exist for other players, but for you.
(Unequip the weapon while loading the game in another client)
That way, when you try to shoot your weapon, which exists on your client, other clients can't handle this, since they try to call the fireWeapon function using a NULL-Pointer => the well known Null-Pointer exception occurs and they crash.
