I'm going to be different and say Lightroom. For adjusting lighting and touching up photos Lightroom is really really good at what it does.

This. I use Lightroom when fixing lighting etc in photos. Haven't used it in a while so I've forgotten most of the stuff in the program

Anyways back on topic, definitely Microsoft Paint
