not ALL antiviruses think ALL hacks are viruses, most don't decected the hacks themselfs just what there packed with i.e. Themida and gl in ddosing my comp

I'm just wondering, is there any hacks that are free and they will not contain a virus or set one off as a false virus? (I'm sorry if that sentence sounded a bit confusing.)
