Rustler V4 empty menu

Hello!
I tried to launch rustler v4 menu. It's loading, but with empty table.
What could it be?
I tried to use 640x480 screen resolution and windowed mode.

Change your resolution to 1920x1080

Interface size to small with 1920x1080
If that doesn't do anything then it's the menu

i get this after editing the startup.sqf if i forget to put a ; after a line the menu will be blank, maybe download it again
