Hexed client.

Could someone explain to me the difference between Hexed and Non Hexed Clients?

A Hexed client is one that uses the source code from and ond version of the game. The game just runs a check to see if you have a version number that matches their newest one.
The term Hexed comes from the fact that this process is commonly done with a Hex Editor
