Possible Entry C+C

Only submitting bc its my possible SOTW entry.
Working on text / adjustment..
There is some pen-tooling..
lots of coloring,
adjustment layers..
comes out to 43 layers total ATM. [not counting text]
Still working on lots like i said. o___o

C+C n' stuff, give advice.. Ect.

try adding a background, not just adding some effects(the effects in themselves don't go well with it and well it looks kinda wierd since you blocked the bottom half rly)

Its not just effects, I did the render, backgrounds custom.. white with stars and clouds ^-^

Very nice, but one question...

Whats the point of asking for CnC for your SOTW entry?
Why would you help somebody your going up against? lol

And I seriously don't think much people want the VIP. Oh well, easier for Dave.

Blend the rainbow more, it pops out too much. :/
