AVA Menu hack v2.21 - (Apr. 2 2013 GERMAN TIME) - Coop functions! - FIXED

Attention: This hack may doesn't work on 32bit systems! If it does then you're lucky, if not then don't post anything about it instead of spamming the thread.
Functions:
Superweapons: Every weapon shot fires as many bullets as you set in the numeric up-down box (Coop only).
No spread: Removes the weapon spread (Coop only).
No recoil: Removes the weapon recoil (Coop only).
Crosshair color change: Choose between 9 colors for your crosshair.
Crosshair shape change: Choose between 7 shapes for your crosshair.
Weapon FOV changer: Changes the FOV of your weapon.
No AFK kick: You don't get kicked for doing nothing ingame after 2 minutes.
Underwater mode: Everything looks like you are underwater.
ATTENTION: To lower the chance of getting XIGNCODE3 or "Accessing memory failed:" - errors please start the hack AFTER starting AVA while you are in the game lobby or ingame. If you start the hack before AVA is loaded your game instantly crashes!
Starting problems fixed by recompiling on another computer and changing the file protection back to the old protection. The source code is still the same so i don't think i have to re-upload it.
