I do not need to meet the requirements, that's just a advice MPGH gives in my opinion, if he is kind enough to give a vouch copy he can give it to anyone.
I had another review a few days ago, I didn't meet the requirements but I made the review.
It is just as more like a point out to "do not trust anyone they can leak it" for ebooks lets say. That's just my opinion on it anyway

Yes but to show your not scamming, and how satisfied the customer is of the picture/design and how long it took you, and it helps build rep. I Recommend you give at least one out to a trusted member
