Does the macro make my gun silent?

@Moho360b a macro reduces recoil and it also have a chance of having silent shots. That is possible if the number of clicks is high. It can also happen at 2 clicks but that is very rare, i suggest u dont use a macro, but instead learn to control a gun's recoil. Macro are used since people can't shot a gun themself and control the recoil. It is basically for noobs, no offense.
