HelpChange menus GUI

I have been editing peoples released menus for some time and i cant quite figure out where to change the GUI layout i can change all the scripts and callto/nicknames fonts and colors but i haven't been able to find out where to change the look of the GUI. Any pointers will be greatly appreciated.
