Has anyone used this website to purchase apb retail codes before? I bought two of them March 28th. Paypal said that my payment was completed but I never received my codes nor a email back. Since then I've sent them two emails requesting some kind of information on my purchases. So have any of use used then? Are they legit? Any information is much appreciated.

i used em for RT Codes aswell and i had the codes in less than 30 minutes after the payment was completed, but if you need cheap RT Codes check amazon and search for APB Special Edition, there you can buy Codes for less than 10€ / 10$
