Is there a program where you can record strings with?(Ammo, speed, health, maybe turning speed?)

I do believe you are looking for Cheat Engine, I really hope I can say that (sorry if not mods, just edit my post). Just google it, you should be able to find it and know if it's what you were looking for.

Yeah, not really that I know of. I'm fairly sure Cheat Engine allows you to do that though. I would Google some more for what you're looking for and look around the Cheat Engine forums (use the search button).
