there are programs that do it for you, search the forums/ other places, i know one has been posted here before

Yes there is a way to play Warrock in windowed mode.. Now that you know this, search Google.. There is a method where you add -W to the end of the target line in the shortcut to the game. I don't think that works for Warrock.
