I would go for cyborg *Just my opinion*
Get some real headphone like audio technicas with a clip on Mic. Guaranteed ten times better experience and build quality than shitty 10 dollar headset in a 150 dollar dressing.
I have turtle beaches.
The first one if it was to choose out of those 4.

ATs are pretty nice, though I'd suggest checking out V-Moda. Incredible sound, and they're built like a tank. The fucking cord is plated in Kevlar, and it never even gets tangled. Just think about that, the cord never tangles.

This. I made the mistake of buying wireless logitech G930 for $100 when I built my PC. They are complete trash in terms of quality. Just like the others on your list. All marketing trash. I ended up buying Audio-technica M50s for $100ish a few months ago, and I must say they are excellect headphones, bought a olympus clip on $10 mic with them. Much better than the G930 in terms of quality but I must say the wireless G930 were much more practical and they DID work well. Just horrible quality.
Edit: i've heard that Siberia makes some good balanced headphones in terms of practicality and quality.

My ATs are brilliant, but the cord part is true I must admit. Mine have the big coiled cable, and they're a little pain in the ass for me because it takes away some practicality in replace for the cord being able to stretch like 10 feet. It's annoying though because the coiled cable is heavier and it gives a little pull if the cable is suspended in air. However the headphones are absolutely brilliant, listening to FLAC files with high kbps on them is fucking amazing.

Wow nice, I think I'm gonna mod mine now.
Those sound good, I wish the AT50s had better bass, but they do have incredible lows and highs and mids are recessed a bit though.
I want a pair of V-modas now lol. #audiophileproblems
I like number 3
