❗ Is Windows 8 have a Problem With Script ?

Sorry For MY BAD ENDLISH !

Windows 7 : dont have a problem with script ,
Windows 8 : When i want to ex the script The Script Say : Script Resistance All Time "all" Script !
Now All Of My 7 Keys Are "BANNED"
