If you have a plane lvled up, so with 15 gunner points, but it's low tier, you want a new one right?
But it's a shame for all those crew points...
So you buy a new plane, high tier, but you don't replace your low tier one yet.
Once you bought the new plane, go to crew option on your low tier plane.
While the little tab is open, press the replace aircraft button, and select your high tier plane.
Done, you have all your crew point you had in your low tier plane in the high tier plane.
If you still don't get it, I will make a vid of it, but I have to make a exam today, so kinda busy too.

Have you guys actually tried just changing your plane normally? Because if you didn't i think that the crew is the rectangle and all you change is the plane of the crew so you keep all the points.

The assigned Crew points do not change after switching planes of different tiers. That's not a bug. The only thing that changes is, if the Crew is specialized to the plane, for example the P47D Thunderbolt
