First off, you need a bypass.
Second, you need a menu.
Third, you will get banned a lot.
I use removed bypass but there is others. I use InfiSTAR's menu and i have to buy keys like every 3 days, so if you are really gonna hack this game, you need some money to put into it, good luck. - ProZ Alien

There won't be any free hacks for DayZ for quite a while, so unless you have the funds, don't worry about hacking.
best get that in your head before you try to hack DayZ XD
